Return & Refund Policy
At ilika.in, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
2. You can request a return/refund if:
– The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item received).
– The product is not as described on the product page.
– The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
– Don’t accept if the product is already damaged through transport.
3. How to Initiate a Return?
- Log in to your ilika.In the account.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item for return.
- Choose the reason and submit the request.
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the product securely (preferably in original packaging).
- Ship it back or schedule a pickup (Customer’s responsibility for shipping costs).
a) Non-Returnable Items:
– Products marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
– Products without original packaging or tags.
– Items damaged due to misuse or after delivery.
2. Return Timeframe
– Standard Returns: 7 days from delivery date.
4. Refund Process
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3-7 Working days.
– Refunds will be credited to the “original payment method”.
– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via “Bank Transfer”.
– If you accepted the damaged product, then make an open packaging video.
